Middlesex County Individual Player Sponsorship Form.

Middlesex County Darts Organisation is encouraging each player to obtain sponsorship for themselves in order to reduce or remove the players travelling and accommodation costs for away travel.

The sponsorship value for all away games is £150 per player, and will feature in all 5 home game programs this season. Sponsorship for individual games is £40 per game.
