SDL Maintenance Terms - Abbreviated
In principal our standard maintenance contract has an annual fee that affords
the following:-
- Planned preventative maintenance on or around the anniversary of the
installation
- Guaranteed minimum response times
- Defect call out maintenance at preferred rates
- Telephone support
