SDL Maintenance Terms - Abbreviated

In principal our standard maintenance contract has an annual fee that affords the following:-

  1. Planned preventative maintenance on or around the anniversary of the installation
  2. Guaranteed minimum response times
  3. Defect call out maintenance at preferred rates
  4. Telephone support

All other times  £       70.00  £       55.00
NO Contract weekdays 09.00 - 17.30  £       80.00  £       50.00
