If you would prefer to have your wireless alarm system that rings an external sounder and/or call you on your mobile, then you do not need to pay for the remote monitoring. As part of the installation price we will provide a NSI certificate and an annual maintenance contract that may decrease your home insurance costs, please check by how much with your insurers.

The standard package for the wireless intruder alarm systems described above includes 1 x 30 zone wireless multi-function alarm panel 1 x wireless door contact, 2 x pet tolerant PIR, and 2 x 4 button keyfob transmitter. visonic, visonic

If you do decide that you do not want a Police Response immediately you can always upgrade to a monitored system at a later date without the need to change your alarm panel. 

Police Response Wireless Intruder Alarm System

There is no guarantee that the police will respond to a external sounder only alarm unless they are positively given information that a crime is in progress.

The police respond to an intruder alarm systems that is monitored by using a unique reference number for your home. This information along with the details of the activation from the alarm receiving centre will be reported to the Police in order that they respond. 

We can also install break glass detectors, flood detectors, gas detectors, smoke detectors, and more - please call for details.

The alarm is set and unset by a radio transmitter.

The system can report to an alarm receiving centre,  landlines, mobile phones, or pager.

If you have a child who comes home from school and you need to know when he or she gets in then we will set up the Latchkey facility so that the panel will call you to let you know your child has un-sets the alarm system. 

For the elderly or ill we can also provide a panic button transmitter that when activated can call a landline or mobile number. The alarm panel then opens up a two way speech path so that the person in distress can talk to the person on the phone.

A smarter version of the panel with a few extras is also available at a small increase in cost.
