Sagitech Designs Limited was founded by in 1996 in order to install and maintain gate automation, intercom, and access control systems. One of the directors designed and manufactured gate automation products since the late 1960's and gained experience of a vast array of automated gate solutions. 

When Graham Inniss joined Sagitech he was able to bring other security services to the fore, and as such a new company was formed to encompass all that Sagitech provided plus many other security services.
